Breast Procedures
Artistic Plastic Surgery Center offers a range of breast procedures, including augmentation with saline or silicone implants for fuller breasts, and breast lifts (mastopexy) to raise and reshape sagging breasts. Breast reduction surgery, often covered by insurance, alleviates discomfort from overly large breasts. Breast reconstruction restores breast appearance after mastectomy, though with some loss of sensation. Male breast reduction addresses gynecomastia by removing excess tissue.
The center also provides breast implant removal for aesthetic changes or medical reasons, with the option of a concurrent breast lift. Dr. Dehghan offers consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs, ensuring natural-looking results.

Payment Options
This office participates in most insurance plans as either a participating or a non-participating provider.
In the vast majority of cases, cosmetic surgery is not considered to be medically necessary. Therefore, it is not covered by health insurance. Your out-of-pocket expenses will include:
- The surgeon’s fee
- The operating facility fees
- Anesthesia
- The cost for implants
- Laboratory testing
- Prescriptions
- Additional perioperative garments
- Skin care products

Surgical Facilities
Our in-house operating and recovery suite are certified for all types of anesthesia by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) which means we meet the highest national standards. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified personnel are present at all times during your surgery stay in our facility. We are also members of the Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
